Urvashi Dholakia better known as Komalika of Kasautii Zindagii Ki will face the camera after quite some time. She is seen making guest appearances in Balaji Telefilms Pavitra Rishta. 

Ankita Lokhande starrer show, which ran over for more than 1400 episodes will finally breathe its last on the coming 25th. Small screen czarina Ekta Kapoor is leaving no stone unturned to make the finale episode a gala affair. So she approached her lucky mascot Urvashi to do a small cameo along with Iqbal Khan and Karan Grover.


Urvashi is facing camera after a long time. After she won Bigg Boss-6 Urvashi was did a comedy show Nautanki. Her last fictional show was Dil ‘Se Di Dua... Saubhagyavati Bhava’.  So how she is feeling facing camera after so many years? “I am shooting almost after 1 and a half year and it feels great. It’s like home coming for me because Ekta is like a family.”


When asked why she is missing from the small screen? Urvashi said, “I am waiting for the right and challenging role, be it negative or positive. I am open to do any type of role.”

What do you think about the vamps today? They usually have a comic touch. “Frankly speaking, I do not watch any television shows except Bigg Boss, so I cannot comment anything.”


Who is your favourite contestant in Bigg Boss 8? “No one as such, I think everybody is playing their own game very nicely. Upen Patel is playing the good game and Gautam Gulati is very entertaining. Gautam is the only one in the house who is giving entertainment.”

#CONFIRMED : Yeh Hai Mohabbatein to replace Saraswatichandra!!

Sphereorigins 'Saraswatichandra' on Star Plus will finally breathe its last on 20 September, 2014. According to the latest buzz, Ekta Kapoor's 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' is expected to fill the void created at 7:30 pm slot.

Says our source,"Saraswatichandra is all set to bid adieu in coming week and will be replaced by Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. From 22 September, 2014 Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel starrer show will get the 7:30 pm slot and repeat telecast will be aired at 11.00 PM."

When contacted Divyanka said, "I am not aware about it."

Despite repeated attempts, Karan couldn't be reached for a comment.

When contacted, Sakshi asked us to call later.

Ronit said, "Everything is in initial stage. I can't confirm anything beyond this."

Roopa Ganguly in Ekta Kapoor's 'Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai'..

Roopa Ganguly, who was featured in Bollywood films like 'Children Of War' and 'Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi', has been roped to play the prominent role in Ekta Kapoor's show 'Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai' on Sony Pal.


The show is set in Bihar and revolves around young lovers, who fight against all odds and family's opposition to unite with each other. The show traces the life and times of two lovers who are in love but are destined to be apart.

Roopa will seen playing a typical agyakari and docile bahu in front of her elders, but does a role reversal when with her husband.

Despite of our repeated attempts Roopa remained unavailable for comment.

Paridhi Sharma out..Aparna Dixit roped in to play a cameo in 'Meri Aashiqui Tumhi Se Hai'

We reported earlier that Ekta Kapoor was keen to rope Paridhi Sharma, who is currently seen in Balaji telefilm’s show Jodha Akbar to play a parallel lead in Balaji Telefilms' next show on Colors.

Now we heard, Paridhi was actually approached for a cameo role in the show. But owing to Paridhi’s date issues Aparna Dixit is shortlisted to play the cameo in ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumhi Se Hai’.

Paridhi Sharma in Ekta Kapoor's next on Colors'?

Aparna, who is currently seen as Mansi in Ekta’s show Pavitra Rishta will be seen in the initial 5-6 episodes probably as Shakti Arora’s cousin.

Also, veteran actor Muni Jha is roped to play Gauri Pradhan’s husband. In the show, Gauri’s husband left her at young age, later she got married to Muni Jha.  For those uninitiated, Gauri and Muni were last seen together in ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’.

The show is set in Gujarati backdrop and is expected to launch by the end of June.

Indore girl Paridhi Sharma, who is well known as Jodha of Jodha Akbar has been roped to play a parallel lead in Balaji Telefilms' next show on Colors.

Shakti Arora bags the lead role in Ekta Kapoor's next on Colors..  

We heard, "Ekta kapoor is highly impressed with Paridhi's performance as Jodha that’s why she shortlisted her to play a meaty role in Balaji’s next show on Colors’. “

The future of Jodha Akbar is not yet clear, it might go off-air of there will be a replacement of Paridhi.

We have already reported that Shakti Arora is playing the lead role in the show which is currently titled as ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumhi Se Hai’. The show is expected to replace Uttaran and might go on air on 7th July, 2004.

Paridhi Sharma was NOT 'sexually abused' by Jodha Akbar's director Santram Verma 

Apart from Shakti and Paridhi, Nitin Vakaria, Sarita Joshi and Maleeka R Ghai are also playing pivotal roles.
