Remember 'Bure bure ham ham ham shaitaan' song from Abhishek Bachchan's Bluffmaster? The song gave recognition to the pop singer Ali Quli Mirza, who was later seen in films like Jail and New York.

Singer-turned-actor Ali Quli is all set to shine again and the next move of this international pop star would be roaring. We said ‘roaring’ not only because he is doing a film ‘Roar- Tigers Of The Sundarbans’,  but because he is all set make a thundering entry in house of controversies as a wild card.

According to our sources, "Colors’ Bigg Boss season 8 will soon witness the entry of first wild card contestant. The international popstar is expected to start his journey in Bigg Boss on coming  Wednesday."

Interestingly, Ali is somewhere connected with Bigg Boss host and one of the contestants. He shared screen space with Aarya Babbar in Jail and Salman Khan launched the music of Ali’s upcoming film Roar.

For those uninitiated, Ali Quli recently shot a song with adult star Sunny Leone for her upcoming film Leela.

It would be exciting to see Ali Quli in Bigg Boss, because he sings really very well and can woo the girls inside the house. On the other hand it would be interesting to see how he will survive inside the house where most of inmates are diplomatic and Ali has a blunt nature.

Last year Salman Khan whole-heartedly promoted his good friend Aamir Khan's film Dhoom-3 in Bigg Boss. That's why everyone was curious to know whether he will promote Shahrukh Khan's upcoming film along with Aamir's PK in Colors' most talked reality show?

Salman was bombarded by media, journalists repeatedly asked him the same question in almost every event. To which Salman promptly replied, "Yes, why not?".

Bollywood Actor Salman Khan returns as the host of the 8th season of Colors' much talked reality show, the Kick star yesterday confessed that he was reluctant to be a part of Bigg Boss-8 this time around, as the last season was extremely 'tiring and painful'.

Khan courted controversy last season when he was accused of being biased towards Tanishaa Mukerji and Armaan Kohli by other participants as well as the audience.

"I did not want to host this season as it is too tiring and painful. I have my own set of problems and here I am solving 10-12 problems of others. These people involve me and somehow I get involved. But if you see something you have to take a stand,” said the 48-year-old actor.

If he is not so keen to host then why did he agreed to be part of 8th season? Khan said, “I came back because I liked the format. You get to learn so much by seeing contestants’ reactions, even though you know you might have reacted in the same manner."

Bigg Boss is synonyms to controversies and Salman says it is a catch-22 situation for him. “The format of the show is such that there are controversies. If something does not happen then people, including my own family and friends say, ‘The episode was thanda’. And if something happens, then they say it was too much, so at the end you don’t know what to do,” he said.

He faced a lot of online criticism from ‘Bigg Boss 7′ winner Gauhar Khan his boyfriend Kushal Tandon fans, He said he will continue to take stand as that is the only way to save the contestants from embarrassing themselves on TV.  He said, “As a host it is important to take a stand for the contestants. Sometimes it looks like you are taking a stand for yourself but it is for them because you know how they are being projected outside. These people have come in the house to get work. The fact is that if they are superb in the show, then they will not get work outside but they don’t understand that,” he said.

When VJ Andy requested Salman that he wants to go back in Bigg Boss house. Salman said, "Ek baar jo bahaar nikal gaya phir woh wapas andar nahi jaa sakta. Pichli baar ek mistake hoo gayi thi..". Khan indirectly hinted that it was a big mistake by bring back Kushal to house again. Well the man with a heart of gold is a true Capricorniam, he forgives but never forgets.

The curious case of bandage on Salman Khan's neck..

Salman Khan made a grand entry at Bigg Boss 8 press conference at the Mumbai Jet Airways Hanger. While he was addressing the media, we noticed a bandage on his neck.  But after a while the bandage went missing, which made us curious.

The Kick star initially tried his level best to hide it behind the collar. But he failed to cover it. It was then when everyone was busy in watching VJ Andy's act, Salman somehow managed to remove that bandage.

Our source from the channel confirmed, that the bandage was not used to stick the earphone on Salman's neck. However if gossipmongers are to be believed, Salman Khan recently underwent a botox injection treatment and forgot to remove the bandage. For those uninitiated, after the botox injection treatment a bandage is applied to compress the veins a little.

#BiggBoss8: Colors will spend around Rs.140 to 150 crores for the 90 day extravaganza

Colors's most talked reality show Bigg Boss is all set to hit our TV screens on 21st September. The channel and the makers have upped the staked and will spend around Rs.140 to 150 crores for the 90 day extravaganza. Last year, the channel forked out around Rs. 120-125 crores on the show.

As reported by media, host Salman Khan will be getting Rs5-6 crore per week. This means 'Kick' star might pocket Rs 60-65 crore from the upcoming of Bigg Boss. Last year, he was getting around Rs3.5 - 4 crores per week. With Bigg Boss 8, Chulbul Pandey becomes the highest paid host on Indian television. Amitabh Bachchan gets an estimated Rs 4 crore per week for Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), which is currently being telecast on Sony Entertainment Television.

The upcoming season of Bigg Boss is said to fetch highest spot advertising rates. The channel is selling 10 second slot for ads for Rs 3.5-4 lakh. Bachchan starrer show 'Yudh', held the record with spot rates of Rs 3 lakh for 10 seconds. Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket tournament is still at number one position, when it comes to spot advertising rates. During IPL Set Max used to get Rs 4-4.5 lakh for 10 sec ads.

Shah Rukh Khan, who will be soon hosting 'Got Talent World Stage Live', seems to be fed up with questions on his rival Salman Khan. King Khan said, he is bored of it now.

"It's an old question now and we have hugged each other and we are friends. It`s been too many years now that you all are asking me the same question ... I am bored now," When asked whether Kick star ever gifted him a painting as he is a better painter, SRK said

Shahrukh also took a dig at perfectionist Aamir Khan starrer P.K. film's poster. When the host of the show Mini Mathur asked him if he wanted to show his hidden talent under his belt which was not known to the people yet and he wanted to show the world, Shahrukh promptly replied, "Now it`s getting vulgar...show the world what you have under the belt (laughs)...mujhe aisa laga PK poster ki baat kar rahe hai hum."

When a someone asked whether SRK has seen Aamir's talent by shedding his clothes on P.K. poster, he quickly replied, "Idhar talent bola theek hai but isse talent mat bolna."

Do you remember, in Bigg Boss Season 6 – ‘Alag Che’ a talking parrot 'Radhe' was introduced as one of the house guest? At that time that charming-naughty guest won heart of the viewers. But the Macaw parrot, who was supposed to stay for 90 days went missing after few weeks.

While shooting for the finale episode, host Salman Khan by mistake revealed the reason behind Radhe's sudden disappearance.

We were quite surprised when Dabang Khan murmured, "Bichara Radhe, bhagwaan uski atma ko shanti de.” However that part was chopped from the finale episode.



Later we came to know, Radhe died of natural cause after some weeks. But at that time it was kept under wrap, because the channel and Endemol India Private Limited didn't want to invite one more controversy.

Salman Khan should return to host Bigg Boss 8

Amidst widespread speculation that other superstars Shah Rukh Khan or Akshay Kumar may replace Salman Khan as the host of Bigg Boss Season 8 on Colors, recently Salman himself gave a statement to the media in Mumbai. “If I don’t host, then I think Shah Rukh Khan would be a good host,” he said during the launch of the song Devil for his upcoming film Kick.

But Bollywood PR guru Dale Bhagwagar, who has handled public relations for the maximum number of Bigg Boss contestants like Rakhi Sawant, Kashmera Shah, Sambhavna Seth, Sherlyn Chopra, Pooja Misrra, Diana Hayden, Shamita Shetty, Ashmit Patel, Vindu Dara Singh, Zulfi Syed, Salil Ankola, Amar Upadhyay and Anita Advani, feels Salman Khan should return.

“I have a feeling Salman Khan should return as the host in BB8. His aura over Bigg Boss is inimitable. Few can manage to generate hype as easily as Salman Khan,” acknowledges the PR specialist. The publicist who has also handled the media for Shilpa Shetty during Big Brother is considered to be the best PR with controversies and hype.

“Bigg Boss is the greatest reality show Indian television has ever seen and Salman is a master with charm and a perfectionist with entertainment. The synergy has always created magic,” remarks Dale who is a seasoned hand with controversy, so much so that he was himself invited to participate in Bigg Boss 7 as a contestant, though he chose not to.

Apart from the Dabangg megastar, Bigg Boss has earlier seen celebrity hosts like Amitabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty and Sanjay Dutt.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala unveiled the first look of Salman Khan’s starrer much awaited film 'Kick' on his networking site. 

And to our surprise the poster doesn't have Khan's face on it. It has just a mask saying the first look arrives on June 15.

This awe-inspiring poster adds to the rumours that Sallu is playing a grey character named 'devil' in the film'.

It is rumoured that Salman will be seen in this mask in most of the major scenes in the film. Like Robinhood, his character is that of a thief who robs banks and rich businessmen to provide money to the needy.

Film also stars Jacqueline Fernandes, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Hooda will be seen playing the guy who is chasing and trying to find this thief named 'devil'. .

It is said that, Khan has done some incredible action and stunt scenes for the film, which is scheduled to release on Eid.
