TAM RATINGS-Week 33, 2014: Zee TV has seen a big boost

Zee TV has seen a big boost in its viewership in the 32nd week which ended 16 August, 2014. In fact, Zee TV and Colors were the only two channels to post viewership gains during the week.

While Zee TV added 38 GVMs (gross TV viewership in million) in the week, Colors added 8 GVMs.
As per TAM data for the Hindi-speaking markets (C&S, 4 years), there is only one change in the pecking order. SAB has gone ahead of its sibling channel Sony Entertainment Television (SET).

Channel wise GVT's

• Star Plus remained on top with 689 GVM, down from 712 GVM in the trailing week.
• Zee TV was No. 2 with 453 GVM, up from 415 GVM.
• Colors was at No. 3 with 411 GVM, up from 403.
• Life OK was at No.4 with 302 GVM, down from 312.
• SAB jumped to 5th with 278 GVM, from 277.
• SET was No. 6 with 263 GVM, down from 278.
• Zindagi was at 7th with 26 GVM, same as last week.
